Modern, new & industrial in Georgetown

Great modern facilities, and excellent clear communication with our host made this an excellent stay Positive: The facilities were excellent, especially kitchen and laundry. After more than two weeks in hotels,, we enjoyed having more of our own space and doing our cooking and laundry. Although we were out of the city, we had just a short walk to a bus which took only 25min and cost us $1 each way. Communication with the host was exceptional - never having been in Seattle before, we had several questions. We were always able to get a prompt response to messages or phone calls. I was travelling with friends (a married couple - all of us in our 70s - but the accomodation would have been fine for more as it had three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Negative: Because it is in an industrial location, and we didn’t have a car, the only issue we had was finding a supermarket to buy fresh food. We solved this by ordering from Amazon which worked perfectly..

I recommend this spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable rental property.
