Modern, new & industrial in Georgetown

Everything was amazing. Staff communication was top tier. Positive: I loved everything about this property. The location, the size, the decor, the fully stocked kitchen is everything. 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. A washer and dryer, what else could you as for? Everything was great. If I had to complain about anything it would be the water pressure in the shower but I love how hot the water got so I was satisfied. Negative: Shower water pressure.

Beautiful, Cozy, Quiet Georgetown Home. Positive: Wonderful property tucked in a quiet part of Georgetown, but not too far from the heart of the area. Instructions sent via email were easy to follow. The home was stocked with everything one might need for an extended stay (although ours was only 2 nights). Having a washer and dryer was really convenient. And master bathroom shower was incredible. Also, the Brita pitcher in the fridge was such a small thing, but a very nice touch. Negative: Not really an issue, but the TV should probably be reset. There were a lot of login accounts for the available streaming services to (what I'm assuming are) prior guests.

Great stay, would come back again during next trip. Positive: I was looking for a quiet comfortable place for us and our dog. It’s location to freeway access and local food/entertainment while still being in a quiet neighborhood is excellent.

Positive: The space was very clean, had everything we needed and more. Host accommodated us last minute on a same day booking. Easy check in . Parking right outside of unit.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and just a short drive to the beach.Our host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
