Positive: Amazing location, affordable price Negative: Bathroom needs more sound-proofing, in-unit dryer leaves much to be desired

Would definitely book again. Positive: Loved the location and well appointed apartment. Negative: We just happened to be in Seattle on really hot weather stretch. So the bedroom was really uncomfortable to sleep in with AC. There is a little window unit in main living room, but could not keep temp down in bedroom. Not a problem for the vast majority of days in calendar year inSeattle.

Great location and functional layout, but major issue with smoke smell. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great bed (though the pillows could be upgraded). The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. Despite this issue, the host was very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. Hopefully, they can address the smoke smell issue to make the apartment a great stay for future guests.
